I'm Gina Rattan. When people can see where they want to be but can't see how to get there, they call me. Leaders have called me their secret weapon; I answer to that, or to performance specialist.  More than one has called me an experience-based leadership coach, which is the polite way of saying nobody sits through a slide deck in my sessions. You'll be on your feet, making something, having a real conversation with a colleague you've never really talked to, or acting in a scene from a play. 

In my previous career I answered to only one title: Broadway director.  

I was the resident director of Billy Elliot at 25 and worked on Broadway for 15+ years. I pivoted five years ago because of a question I couldn't answer: why do so many elite leaders feel unfulfilled by work? Leaving Broadway to find out became my next career. It's still directing but on a different stage. And the stage is anywhere it matters: a boardroom pitch planned for months, a Teams meeting, a last-minute all-hands, a routine one-on-one. I help people show up the way they want to show up. I use validated psychometric data, performance psychology, and a fair amount of elite performance principles. 

Take it from someone who had a paying audience of 1,500 watching her work night after night: the conventional approach gets you competent.  The unconventional approach gets you noticed and sets you apart. That's why my sessions run on both.
